The same straps that support your weight when doing dips and leg raises can be used to do strap training exercises as well. They are also fully adjustable so your workouts will be as endless as your imagination. The straps are where it's at!
This padded rectangular tube distributes your weight along the length of your door frame. This results in significantly less pressure on your door frame compared to traditional circular tubes that notoriously cause damage.
The Straprack integrates a full VKR with gym quality elbow pads, back pad, and adjustable handles. The best part is that it requires ZERO floor space so you get the same gym experience without bulky equipment taking up your valuable floor space.
The Straprack rotates at the base to allow you change from dips/leg raises to strap training in a matter of seconds. When folded up for storage, it doesn't block your doorway so you can walk right under it.

For strap training, simply fold the Straprack up, unhook the handles, and you’re ready to go. Folding the Straprack also allows for quick and easy storage when not in use. This gives you the clearance to walk right under it without removing anything.
Significantly reduce the amount of stress on your door frame. No more single point load crushing into your door frame and no more DIY extra padding since the Support Towers distribute your body weight along the length of your door trim. The Support Towers are able to rotate 360° for the only truly perfect fit regardless of door jam width.
The Straprack takes up ZERO floor space, supports 250lbs, and only weighs about 25lbs! That’s only 1/4th the average weight of a traditional VKR. This makes the Straprack portable so go ahead and take it to your friend’s house or move it around when you need to. The Straprack is the thinnest, lightest, fully padded, and fully featured VKR on the market!
We developed the Straprack to be highly adjustable, so it fits 28" to 36" door frames when meansured from inner edge to inner edge. Our design will fit most door frames and trim molding.
